This is a wonderful, tasty dip that can also be used as a sandwich spread

This wonderful and healthy dip is packed with flavor. Works great as a sandwich spread, too.

Ingredients

  • 1 jar Roasted peppers, drained (Ratto's has it!)
  • 1/2 cup Walnuts (lightly toasted)
  • 1/4 cup Pomegranate Syrup (Ratto's has it!)
  • 1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup Ratto's Extra Virgin Olive Oil (Ratto's has it!)
  • 1 clove Garlic (lightly chopped)
  • 1 Lemon (Juiced)
  • Sea Salt (Ratto's has it!)
  • 1 heaped teaspoon Cumin (Ratto's has it!)
  • 1 pinch Red pepper flakes (Ratto's has it!)

Directions

Step 1
Combine ingredients in a food processor until well blended
Step 2
Serve with pita, baguette or crackers
