As of tomorrow, Ratto’s will be closed for the duration of the virus crisis. We hope that you all stay safe and healthy. May your shelter-in-place be filled with good books, quiet time at home with family, long walks with your dogs, and sunny afternoons in the garden. We can’t wait to reopen our doors to feed our community. Until then, stay safe and healthy.
In response to the CDC’s recommendations for social distancing during the virus outbreak, Ratto’s is instituting the following changes effective immediately:
– No public access to the inside of store.
– Prepaid orders for pickup can be placed online, by phone, or by text, and will be available for pickup at the front door of the store. To place online orders for pickup, click on the ORDER FOR PICKUP button above. For text orders, text the word “order” to 510-832-6503 to start.
– Prepaid orders for delivery can be placed through Caviar. Click on the ORDER FOR DELIVERY button above.
Do you need groceries? We now have a limited selection of grocery items available on our online ordering platform. If you don’t see what you need, call us. A personal shopper will assist you in putting together your order. Again, all orders must be prepaid. No payments can be accepted in-store.
We at Ratto’s are so grateful for our loyal customers. Many of you have been shopping and eating with us for decades, and we greatly appreciate your continued support. Stay safe and healthy!
