EUCALYPTUS HONEY from Sardinia
Color: light amber
Smell: musk and eucalyptus flower

Native tree of Australia very well adapted in Sardinia. The honey obtained by the nectar of its flowers has an extremely intense aroma that reflects the flower and the leaf of the tree.
A note of musk recalls the classical perfume of the dry boletus mushrooms.
The taste is not particularly sweet, rather it has a light salted aftertaste.
