Durum wheat semolina pasta is made using the ancient techniques of the Italian tradition. Its production is characterized by an accurate selection of durum wheat from organic agriculture, adding only pure water. The pasta is produced by using bronze draw-plates for its extrusion and it is slowly dried at low temperature for 24-48 hours to fully maintain the wheat’s nutritional value and its genuine natural taste. It cooks perfectly al dente while maintaining a rich, fragrant taste.
